What's the difference if I order directly or order via Shopee?

The difference lie along the estimated delivery time and transaction ease.
Direct Order: Pay through our channels then we ship your order after the confirmation. Shipping fee is care of the buyer but faster delivery (we also accept COD+same day deliveries!)
Shopee Order: Shopee may offer free shipping and COD but you have to buy through Shopee's purchase SOP. Some customers prefer to buy through shopee as it offers safer transactions than direct orders. Some downside there is a learning curve in ordering for non-shopee users.

For direct orders, how much is the standard shipping fee?

Who are your courier partners?

Through the years, we have relied on our partnership with these two couriers as they are most reliable in ensuring package safety and consistency in delivery schedule.

What are the payment channels?

We accept payments through Gcash, BPI bank transfers. For bulk orders, we also accept Paypal payments.

Do you offer COD and Same-day deliveries?

Depending on our availability, we may arrange COD+Same day delivery via Lalamove's 'purchase service.' P60 is added on top of the estimated delivery fee on the time of the booking.

Do you customize tunes and box designs?

We do not offer box design customization at the moment.
We do accept tune customization. Minimum of 1000 pcs per tune and 2 months lead time. email us at joilogy@gmail.com for more.

Do you accept bulk orders for events? What is the minimum order quantity? The lead time?

Yes, we do! We also offer competitive wholesale pricing.
Minimum order of 25 pcs for tunes from our collection (3 weeks lead time)
If you have a popular song, check with us first if we can acquire it from our foreign suppliers
